Cookie Policy
Information about cookies, browser storage, analytics, and advertising technologies used by PDFora.
This Cookie Policy explains the current use of cookies and similar browser technologies on PDFora. The current release is intentionally simple and does not include advertising or third-party behavioral analytics in the application code.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text values a website or service can store through your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and other identifiers used for preferences, security, analytics, or advertising.
2. Current PDFora application
The current PDFora application does not require advertising cookies, personalization cookies, third-party analytics cookies, or account cookies for the core document tools.
3. Essential infrastructure
Depending on the production hosting, reverse proxy, security service, or network configuration, strictly necessary technical cookies or equivalent mechanisms may be used by infrastructure providers for security, traffic management, or service delivery. Those mechanisms are separate from optional advertising or behavioral profiling.
4. Browser storage
The current PDFora release does not use local storage to count tool usage or enforce a subscription. If browser storage is introduced later for accounts, preferences, advertising consent, or subscriptions, this policy will be updated before or when that feature is activated as required.
5. Advertising and analytics
No ad placement is enabled in the current PDFora release. No third-party behavioral analytics integration is enabled in the application code. If either is added later, this policy will be updated and consent controls will be introduced where required before those technologies are used.
6. Managing cookies
Most browsers let you inspect, block, or delete cookies through privacy or site settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies used by a hosting or security layer can affect access to the website.
7. Policy updates
This Cookie Policy may change when PDFora introduces new site functionality or third-party services. The effective date will be updated when changes are published.
8. Contact
Questions about cookies or browser storage can be sent to support@pdfora.com.
