About PDFora

PDF tools should feel simple.

PDFora is a focused online document utility built to make common PDF tasks understandable, quick to complete, and usable from modern desktop and mobile browsers.

What PDFora does

PDFora brings together practical tools for reducing PDF size, combining and separating documents, changing page order and orientation, extracting or removing pages, and converting between PDFs and common image formats.

Each tool is designed around one clear task rather than a complicated editor. The goal is to help users move from upload to result with direct instructions, visible status, and useful guidance about what the operation changes.

Privacy-conscious file handling

Selected source files are processed locally inside your browser. The finished result is created directly on your device, and document contents are not uploaded to PDFora servers.

PDFora does not provide a public document library and the core tools do not require an account.

Built for reliable everyday use

The service validates supported file types, rejects empty or oversized uploads, checks page specifications, limits PDF page counts to 500, and converts processing failures into user-facing error messages instead of exposing raw application errors.

The interface includes upload progress, processing status, mobile-friendly controls, keyboard focus states, and accessible navigation so the main workflows remain understandable across device sizes.

English-first launch

PDFora launches in English as its primary language. The site does not automatically redirect visitors to a language based on IP address or location.

If translated versions are added later, they can use separate language URL paths such as /es/ or /de/ so each localized page can be indexed and linked clearly.

A product designed to grow carefully

New tools and languages should be added only when they are complete, useful, and supported by clear original documentation. PDFora is intentionally avoiding ad placements in the current release so the product experience and core content can be completed first.
